The Minister for Foreign Trade, Coromoto Godoy, reported that during 2024, Venezuela reached 71% of its export targets. In this regard, Maduro reiterated the need to diversify oil revenues and build a new economy capable of generating additional wealth.

The President of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, participated in the first National Council of Productive Economy of 2025, where strategies were discussed to promote a diversified and productive economic model.

During the meeting, Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez highlighted that the first transformation of the economic model is underway, seeking to strengthen various areas of the national economy.

The Minister of Ecological Mining Development, Héctor Silva, highlighted the progress in the search for new mineral deposits thanks to the equipment provided by the Bolivarian Government, which are key to the development of the technological sector.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Industries and National Production, Alex Saab, assured that the Venezuelan industry will continue its growth in 2025, supported by new strategic alliances.

Rodríguez also mentioned that the products of the National Institute of Nutrition are available in all markets across the country, while President Maduro emphasized the need to increase investment in this institute. The Minister for Food, Carlos Leal Tellería, stressed that all new products that have arrived on the market are completely made in Venezuela.

The Minister for Foreign Trade, Coromoto Godoy, reported that during 2024, Venezuela reached 71% of its export targets. In this regard, Maduro reiterated the need to diversify oil revenues and build a new economy capable of generating additional wealth.

Additionally, the Minister for Fisheries and Aquaculture, Juan Carlos Loyo, announced a 15% growth in exports during 2024, highlighting that the policies of the Bolivarian government have allowed for exports to 33 international destinations with more than 50 marine species.

The Minister for Productive Agriculture and Lands, Menry Fernández, indicated that the agro-food, fisheries, and aquaculture sector has experienced growth over the last six years; in 2023, it closed with a 5.3% increase, and in 2024, it reached 6.5%.

This advice marks a significant step towards consolidating a more robust and sustainable economic model in Venezuela.
